Thank you kindly for your request, as you know I can not send you a letter with a company letter head with
information regarding OIL & GAS product s This is against salutation laws. The buyer must make a formal request for any oil and gas products on a ICPO with permission for soft probe or Bank Comfort letter with exception USA, UK banks. This only applies to private companies.
With majors we require direct communication according to our procedures, a verbal agreement can be establish.
With passing of emails and contact details, and a LoI from You with details from the major request.
When both parties has agreed we can then send a FCO, DRAHFT CONTRACT direct to the end buyer only.
We would like to follow up on the price quoted by your buyer (420 USD per metric ton with commission on the
D2 Gost 305-58) .
This procedure only applies to CIF, ASWP.
Inspection: By SGS for quality and quantity at loading port and at Seller’s cost. Buyer may conduct own
inspection at discharge.
