Payment Term:100% TT ( Transfer Eletronic Banking ) at sight; Payment Advance or 100% LC at sight.

Our product have high quality, registration  and certification FDA – U.S.A..

Commission for buyer mandates/agent: 2% total contract value.
Over price is allowed and must be shared 50% for Seller side and 50% for Buyer side.
We will not send any document before sign the contract. Don’t insist.
Visit of the factory is allowed after sign the Contract and sign NCNDA + IMFPA.
Procedures, commissions, prices are not negotiable.
We need ICPO with full details of buyer and buyer bank and Draft of LC.
The price is FOB Rio de Janeiro Port Brazil.
The freight is responsibility of buyer.
All the negotiations will be through my mandate
