Only Direct buyers or their authorised mandates please, or you must be atleast direct to mandate,
(1) M100/Mazut-99 : We can discuss for a seperate allocation with the Khazakh Refinery, but we will start with a SPOT of 10,00mts first to check both sides out. We get M100 in exchange for Iranian Products exported to Khazakh. If you are a long term client, pls stick with us and we will get you products, We can arrange a TTM also with the Refinery in Iran persuant to your BCL/pre-advice.
(2) CST-377-380 : Refer the specs attached, this is the Premium quality and the best that you will get from the Persian Gulf. We prefer again SPOTS, before we will enter into a Annual Contract. TTM available in Iran, for Qualified Buyers ONLY.
If your end is financially capable, only then pls send us a LOI w/Banking, and we shall discuss with the refinery and sort-out, and give you the best deal & issue Proforma Invoice (or Contract). Shipment shall be immediate (Typically 7 days). We do FOB deliveries only. BUT if you need CIF/CNF then we shall arrange our own owned Vessels vide a seperate charter party agreement with yourselves, Min Qty is 10,000mts but we can do lesser Qty only for CST-380 sometimes (depends on availability of vessels).
Commisions : if you are not direct buyer, you need to arrange the same from the buyer.
We accept Non-Transferable LC’s, but that increases our costs by 1% (4.40 US$/mt roughly by todays cost). BG+TT is prefferred mode of payment for ease/save time and costs for both sides. BUT Documentary letter of credits in-principly is acceptable -although second priority.
If signing with Iranian entity is a problem, we can use our European Cos to transact and receive the instruments & issue PB and process it etc. Refinery will never give Commisions neither PB, hence we prefer to use our Overseas Cos to avoid Banking issues. We accept NON-Transferable LC as we have HUGE Limits. BUT you can issue instruments with Refinery as End Beneficiary in case of Transferable LC’/BG’s.
