Inspection   : Quality, Weight by SGS or Equivalent at seller’s cost at port of loading(Singapore).

Payment Instrument SBLC Irrevocable, Transferable, Unconditional, Divisible, Confirmed, against shipping documents as per contract, (SBLC have to be issued or confirmed from Top 25 banks ) PREFER HSBC.

Procedures

1. Seller issues soft corporate offer to buyer.
2. Buyer review if agreed, Signed and Sealed SCO and returns the ICPO and passport color copy to

seller by mail.

1. The Seller and Buyer shall sign agreement in Bangkok.

4.    Buyer issue 100% at sight SBLC within three banking days

and LOADING product within 15 days and SGS will be done in Singapore.

5.   Seller show Buyer the product at warehouse. After seller receive SBLC.

6.    Packing in net 50 KG (fifty kilograms) new polypropylene bags with polypropylene lining.

1. This SCO offer expires FEB 28, 2010 .
