7. Delivery Terms

·        Shipping cost to your final destination will be given after issue LOI to the plant  in
Malaysia. LOI have to from end buyer and please no LOI from middlemen.

8. Start of Delivery

·        At least 30 days after confirmation with the payment instrument

9. Inspection

·        By SGS or similar at Seller’s account

10. Price

·        USD 755 per metric tonne  FOB basis and price has to revise every 3 months

11. Payment Terms

·        Non-Transferable or Transferable,  Irrevocable and Confirmed Documentary Letter of
Credit. All the payment should be payable 100% at sight against presentation of shipping documents. If you have other payment, do let us know early.
